Membership is now monthly Direct debit so you can enjoy the benefit of unlimited use and flexibility around your busy lifestyles. 30 minutes is all it takes to become a fitter and healther you.
We recommend 3 visits per week to get fabulous results.
Becoming a member and part of our warm and supportive community is so easy.
Just call to arrange a guest visit and have a mini workout on our unique hydraulic machines, especially made for the female physique .

30 minutes, three times a week is all it takes to achieve a healthier lifestyle. No waiting for machines, just join the circuit and off you go. Your workout will be fun and fly by as the high energy music and all women atmosphere drive you along.

We also have great circuit coaches who are there to help and support you. They can help you set fitness and weight loss goals and make you feel welcome and at ease. You'll soon be at fit and rejuvenated, wondering why you didn't come to us sooner!

Our circuit coaches often incorporate extra activities to your workout to keep your fitness fun and varied, providing all the support you need, you are never alone.
